Do you like chocolate? How about peanut butter? Are you feeling limited by the restrictions that society has placed on what is acceptable for you to eat for breakfast? Are you angry about it? Are you ready to OVERCOME those limitations? ARE YOU READY TO EAT CHOCOLATE AND PEANUT BUTTER FOR BREAKFAST (while still keeping it healthy)?!?!?! Well, look no further. Let me be your sherpa up the dessert-for-breakfast mountain.
What you’ll need:
•~1/2 cup dry rolled oats
•Chocolate protein powder or cacao powder
•Natural, unsalted peanut butter
•~1/4 cup of your favorite kind of milk (can be dairy-free - I use almond milk)
•Stevia or other sweetener (optional)
•Honey (optional)
As the name suggests, these are overnight. Very little hassle. Such delicious flavor. Much wow.
Grab your favorite mason jar or other appropriately-sized container and combine all of the above ingredients. Stir, and place into fridge overnight. In the morning, you can heat it up, or leave it cold, because trust me - it’s good either way. I make mine with protein powder so I know I’m getting some additional gAiNz in, but it’s just as yummy with cacao powder.
No matter if you eat it warm or cold, drizzle some honey on top for an added sweet kick. Limited guilt, and you get to stuff your face with chocolate and peanut butter while energizing your body for the day. Goodbye, boring omelettes. May you never bore me again.
